Disable user (terminate session), you can do (in sqlplus):
find the desired user on the 'osuser' and 'machine' in this query:
select SID, SERIAL #, osuser, machine from v $ session where username = 'scott';
where: the username = 'scott' - circuit, which is connected to the user of interest to us
